Panoramic villa with swimming pool for rent in Sicily, just some a few km away from the charming Cefalù. This house is situated in a hilly and quiet area. Outside there is a garden with a private panoramic swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees and a wood of the property. Internally, there are large and comfortable zones, which can accomodate up to 10 guests. Its strategic position allows to the guests to start exporing the surrounding area, as beautiful beaches and parks, but also the charming village of Cefalù, which is full of charme traditions and culture and where you can taste extraordinary dishes. The street to the villa it's small at some points, therefore it is not recommende to minibuses or minivans.

garden, panoramic swimming pool (8,45 x 5,65 m; depth 1,1 m) with overflow board, riserved to the exclusive use of the guests, air-condition (included in the rental price) in the dependance and in every bedroom of the main apartment, outdoor area furnished to have al-fresco dining with panoramic view over the sea, barbecue, parking, wi-fi internet connection, ping-pong table
