Holiday Villa with private swimming pool located in Torrita di Siena, a small village in Orcia Valley. This villa disposes of large outdoor areas and is perfectly located to visit Tuscany’s, Umbria’ and Lazio’s most important cities and villages. Outside, an extensive garden hosts the private swimming pool. The house has welcoming interiors, furnished in a rustic Tuscan style and it is spread over 3 floors connected by an elevator. The owners manage an important farming estate producing wines, olive oil and spirits.

At guests’ disposal:

large garden with irregular-shaped swimming-pool (around 60 square meters – min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 1,8 m – open from 15/04 through 15/10), large terracotta-tiled solarium, barbecue. Within the property there are various fruit trees which are at guests' disposal. The villa provides an elevator and a laundry (with 2 washing-machines) in the villa basement. WI-FI internet is provided (free of charge). Parking and garage within the grounds.
