Imposing and elegant country villa situated a short distance away from the beautiful town of Gubbio, in Umbria. This splendid historical villa offers beautiful frescoed rooms as well as a large, well-groomed garden with private swimming-pool. The villa is on 2 floors also connected via a lift: on the ground floor there are beautiful halls and living areas while on the first level there are 10 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This refined and well-kept property is also ideal for the organization of special events and weddings (there are beautiful rooms which can be rented extra together with the villa for special events). The villa’s location is convenient for visiting Tuscany and Umbria.

At guests’ disposal:

large, well-groomed entirely fenced-in garden with private swimming-pool with hydro massage area (17 x 4,5 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/06 through 30/09), furnished outdoor area ideal for al-fresco dining, barbecue. The villa has a lift connecting the ground and the first level and all of the bedrooms provide satellite TV, safe, mini bar, air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom. Parking within the grounds.

Baby bed. Maid service (2 hours a day) and linen change (twice a week).

Villa Gubbio can be rented in two configurations: for 14 guests (7 bedrooms) or 20 guests (10 bedrooms). Rental prices vary based on the number of guests and bedrooms required. For bookings with reduced capacity some bedrooms will remain closed. Please carefully check if there are any extra costs to be paid on site!
