Galatea is a splendid seafront residence with pool, made up of 4 independent apartments. It is located in Stazzo, a small village on the Ionian coast near Acireale. Set just steps away from a low cliff with direct access to the sea, the complex offers a beautiful pool, and a large well-tended garden with a green lawn. The recently built complex is made up of a Main Villa, that houses Corallo, Lampara and Conchiglia apartments (as well as the owners’ apartment); and a Guest Annex with Casetta apartment, set back farther in the garden. The tastefully furnished apartments offer parking, Wifi internet and satellite TV. The property is a good base for exploring the surrounding area: from the famous tourist sights like Acireale, Catania, Taormina, and Syracuse; to the charming coastal villages of Aci Trezza and Aci Castello; to Etna Park’s unique scenery. At guests' disposal: shared saltwater pool (24 x 6 meters; minimum depth 0,60; maximum depth: 1,20 meters); Wifi internet; parking Included in the price: tidy up of the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, 1 hour per week.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
