There are 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, to accommodate up to 8 people. The interiors are equipped with all amenities. Nestled in the countryside, the house offers scenic terraces with excellent views of the surrounding natural landscape reaching all the way to the sea. The beautiful garden has a large, private saltwater pool with a sunbathing area with sun loungers and chairs: it is ideal for cooling off and relaxing for hours with friends or family in the sun. The many outdoor spaces are perfect for dining outside, whether enjoying an aperitif or a summer dinner, taking in the splendid panoramic views. Netina Domus’s strategic location is within easy reach of the important baroque cities of Noto, Modica, Ragusa-Ibla and Scicli, as well as the splendid beaches of San Lorenzo and Santa Maria del Focallo, the Vendicari nature reserve, and Portopalo di Capo Passero. Access to the house is via an unpaved road in good condition.

  SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
