Dimora Spinazzella is a gorgeous villa just 1,5 km from the sea near Donnalucata, Sicily. Recently renovated, the villa was a group of country houses that have been converted into a vacation villa. The interiors are tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities. Thanks to 4 bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 8/10 people. Outside, the villa is nestled in a well tended garden with traditional dry stone walls and a large variety of Mediterranean scrub plants and trees. Dimora Spinazzella offers a private pool with a sunbathing area, and a terrace with a pergola and barbecue area, where you can dine outdoors and relax with the blue sea in the background. Just a few minutes drive from the property are southeastern Sicily’s most beautiful places, such as Syracuse, Ragusa and the other baroque cities of the Val di Noto; Donnafugata Castle; and the Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari nature reserves.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
