„Ai Cuori“ is a holiday home, set within complete nature – ideal for strolls, completely calm and there is a swimming pool (9 x 4.50m, depth: 1.30m) at the guests’ private disposal. Ideal for families with children (high chair and cot available on request) and for those travelling with pets.

Enjoy outdoor life: A part of the property is fenced (around the house, about 500 sqm) and for everyone’s joy equipped with a swimming pool with deckchairs and sun-umbrella. The spacious veranda with table, chairs, gas barbeque, small fridge is ideal for your dining al fresco. The house is located close to the characteristic village of Montefegatesi. There is a grocery and a pizzeria in the village. Parking in the vicinity of the house. The last three kilometers of road to reach the house are not paved.

Entrance on the back onto the 1st floor (also considered ground floor, as the grounds are set in terraces): spacious living-cum-kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, living room with 1 single bed settee, sofa, fire-place, SAT, 2 window doors with exit onto a terrace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom , 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washing machine (1 room on the ground floor which remains closed).
