The property is a part of a large agricultural business managed directly by the owners: inside boasts large spaces while outside offers a fantastic swimming pool. Guests can also use a tennis court/football pitch located roughly 50m from the villa. The rental is composed of 4 units which are not internally connected and also offers a beautiful living area with a cinema area, a large fireplace, a small kitchen corner (microwave, American coffee maker, small dishwasher, espresso maker) and a children’s playroom with toys. Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a chromotherapy shower and a bathroom with a shower. The owners live upon the property but do not share the use of the outdoor spaces or the swimming pool. Renting this splendid property in Italy would also allow guests to easily reach Tuscany’s most famous attractions. A 2km stretch of good-condition dirt road reaches the property.

private and fenced swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (18 x 9 m – max. depth 2.4m – minimum depth 1m). Private garden, barbecue, tennis court / football field, gym with the latest generation machines, cinema zone (65" TV with Dolby surround sound system), pool table, chromotherapy sauna and shower, Wi-Fi internet connection (only in the big living room and in the pool area).

This part of the property remains closed and is not of use to guests unless for an organised event. Please carefully check if there are any extra costs to be paid on site!
