The house consists of: on the ground floor, living room with sofa, dining table, TV, exit to the garden, kitchen/dining area with stove (4 burners + 1 electric burner), oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, dining table, exit to the garden, which is equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, deck chairs for outdoor dining. On the 1st floor: 1 spacious double room, 1 twin room, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, bidet, basin and washing machine. The house is furnished in country stile with terracotta floorings and wooden beamed ceilings, which are typical Tuscan style. In this corner of paradise, guests can enjoy the sounds of nature, the sun and the greenery of the large, exclusive garden (the property covers 14,000 sqm). Parking on the property.
