The property was carefully restored, sub-divided into two cosy apartments with a swimming pool, set in earth (8 x4,5m, internal steps, depth: 1.45 – 1.20m) at the exclusive disposal of the two apartments. If you are dreaming of holiday in Tuscany with warm sun, fresh air and good food, this is the place! The house disposes of a garden in common for the two apartments where the swimming pool is located, equipped with shower, deckchairs and sun-umbrellas.
